Syncrone / Audit-ready NAV and performance for on-chain capital

Audit-ready NAV, PnL, ROI, APR and TWR, from the first block.

Syncrone computes your portfolio's NAV and strategy performance from the chain, back to your first transaction. Your auditors can re-run every figure and get the same number.

§ 01 · Today

Reconciling a NAV today requires several providers and extensive manual work, and the result is still not independent. Syncrone closes that gap.

What breaks without a complete record

01NAV is unauditable
Gaps in the daily series mean the number LPs receive cannot be checked against chain state.
02Returns are wrong
Missing cash flows don't approximate a return. They produce a different one.
03Month-end is manual
Every close means exports from each venue, a spreadsheet and days of reconciliation.
04PnL can't be explained
Without every transaction, nobody can say what came from yield and what came from price.
§ 02 · Historical reconstruction

Your track recordstarts at inception. Not at onboarding.

Most tools index from the day you sign up. Syncrone replays every transaction from your fund's first on-chain interaction through the same engine as today's data: entry dates, cost basis, daily valuations. No second methodology. No spreadsheet bridging the gap.

§ 03 · Audit trail

Every number traces back to a transaction. Not to a spreadsheet.

Select any number and follow it down: from fund NAV to position, from position to event, from event to the transaction that produced it. Block height, hash and price source included, back to inception. An LP can check it on-chain without asking you.

§ 04 · P&L decomposition

Every dollar of PnL, explained.Yield isolated from price effect.

Part of a position's PnL is what the protocol paid you: interest, fees, staking rewards. The rest is what the price did. Syncrone computes each one, per position and per strategy, and the two always add up to the total.

Start value$2,000,0001,000 tokens × $2,0001,000$2,000Token quantity →↑ Price

Fig. 4·A staking position held for one quarter: rewards added 40 tokens while the price rose 10%. Axes are broken to show the change.

Start · 1,000 × $2,000
$2,000,000
End · 1,040 × $2,200
$2,288,000

Yield vs price effect

Yield counts everything the protocol paid: interest, LP fees, staking rewards and claimed incentives. Price effect is everything income doesn't explain.

Two causes, one total. Yield PnL and price effect always add up to total P&L.

Benchmarks are read from the protocols' own contracts and indexed daily from 14 integrations, including Aave, Spark, Compound, Morpho, Euler, Fluid and Sky. Excess return is measured against rates that actually existed over the same dates. How benchmarks work

§ 05 · The engine

One deterministic engine.Same inputs, same answer.

NAV, returns and risk come out of one computation over the same block-level data. Methods follow the CFA Institute's GIPS definitions where one exists, and every report records the parameters it was generated with.

§ 06 · Controls

Every change on the record.Reports your LPs can check.

Some assets have no clean price. Syncrone applies your fund's valuation policy, takes manual marks where it calls for them, and records each change with its author, time and reason. The raw value is always kept. Reports lock at close and read the same a year later.

The lock is enforced by database triggers, not just the interface. A Q3 report reads the same in Q4 unless someone deliberately unlocks and reissues it.
